Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking an Asset Maintenance Tech II to play a key role in servicing, maintaining, and repairing rental equipment. This position involves handling complex repairs, managing inventory, and mentoring less experienced team members.

Responsibilities

Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs on rental equipment, ensuring units are rental-ready

Lead inventory control, including cycle counts and necessary adjustments

Inspect equipment for quality assurance and ensure accurate documentation of check sheets

Manage work orders, recording all parts, labor, and related items

Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment issues

Operate a forklift as needed to move equipment and supplies

Mentor and train junior technicians on maintenance and safety procedures

Occasionally deliver or pick up equipment from customer locations

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations

Delivers and/or picks up berms from customers

Other duties as assigned
