Corporate Controller
Eko Health is a leading digital health company focused on AI and digital tools for detecting heart and lung diseases. They are seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the Accounting organization, ensuring financial integrity and building scalable processes that support growth while leveraging AI for innovation in accounting practices.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a high‑performing Accounting team, including management of offshore resources to ensure global coverage and operational efficiency
Establish scalable processes, controls, and workflows that support growth and evolving business needs
Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Reimagine the accounting function as a value‑added service for the business, leveraging AI, automation, and modern systems to streamline operations
Drive initiatives such as touchless close, automated reconciliations, exception‑based reviews, and predictive analytics
Partner with FP&A and Strategic Finance to deliver real‑time insights, dashboards, and performance analytics that inform executive decision‑making
Lead the evolution of the company’s financial systems architecture, ensuring tools and processes scale with growth
Own complex technical accounting, including revenue recognition (ASC 606), equity accounting, R&D, and other advanced topics
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and provide management insights on revenue and sales growth
Oversee preparation of GAAP‑compliant financial statements and lead external audits
Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead tax planning and strategy, including federal, state, international, and indirect tax considerations
Manage corporate insurance programs, renewals, and risk mitigation strategies
Oversee regulatory filings, statutory reporting, and compliance obligations across jurisdictions
Qualification
Required
CPA required; Big 4 or national firm experience strongly preferred
10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, ideally in high‑growth or SaaS environments
Expertise in the U.S. GAAP, technical accounting, and ERP's like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle
Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams, including offshore resources
Proven track record of driving transformation, implementing systems, and leveraging automation/AI
