Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, scaling communications to the appropriate audience for effective decision-making

Emphasize speed of decision-making within product development cycles and manage critical issues through optimized prioritization of resources and personnel

Collaborate with overseas internal and external teams on product development

Scale and evolve key processes and design review checkpoint mechanisms to enable responsible last-minute decision-making on one-way and two-way door decisions

Manage and communicate product development critical issues, execute solutions meeting key product KPIs, and escalate as required when consensus cannot be reached

Collaborate daily onsite with the hardware development team, including Product Design, Industrial Design, Electrical, and Antenna teams

Create agendas and presentations for weekly meetings at the Director and VP level to ensure timely decisions, maintain project timelines, finances, requirements, and deliverables
