Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator
ComSource is seeking an Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to support daily office operations and execute marketing initiatives. This role requires a highly organized professional to manage competing priorities, collaborate across teams, and contribute creatively to marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional work environment
Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities coordination, and general administrative needs
Serve as a central point of contact for office-related inquiries and support
Assist with onboarding and off-boarding processes, including coordination of materials and logistics
Maintain organized records, files, and internal documentation
Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications
Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including scheduling, document preparation, and project coordination
Assist leadership and department heads with reports, presentations, and special projects
Help coordinate internal events, trainings, and company meetings
Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Create, edit, and coordinate marketing materials such as email campaigns, flyers, brochures, presentations, and digital content
Manage website updates, social media posting schedules, and basic content management tasks
Support brand consistency across all internal and external communications
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in office administration, marketing support, or a similar
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with marketing tools such as email platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools is a plus
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
