Responsibilities

Leading incident investigations, performing root-cause analysis, and driving corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Actively contributing to safety teams and lead initiatives that strengthen our safety culture

Conducting ergonomic risk assessments, job safety analyses, non-routine task assessments, ES&H training programs, and implementing improvements to reduce risk

Developing and recommending safety initiatives and compliance programs based on risk assessments and performance trends

Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Emerson Corporate ES&H standards

Managing monthly safety and health inspections, audits, and corrective action tracking
