Vice President of Business Development
StarFish Medical is looking for a Vice President of Business Development to expand their footprint across North America by building strategic relationships and securing high-impact medical device development programs. In this senior role, you'll act as both a strategic advisor and consultative seller, working with start-ups and multinational medical device organizations to support their product development journey.

Responsibilities
Own and grow a regional pipeline of medical device development opportunities
Build trusted, long-term relationships with start-ups, entrepreneurs, and global Tier 1 OEMs
Consistently meet or exceed annual revenue targets within your territory
Lead discovery and qualification conversations focused on client goals, risks, and development strategy
Collaborate with technical and program teams to shape compelling proposals
Serve as a visible ambassador for StarFish at industry events and conferences
Partner with Marketing to strengthen regional presence and demand generation
Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to forecasting and reporting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of successfully driving business development in medical devices or Life sciences
Strong technical foundation in product development and comfort selling complex consulting services
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and close high-value engagements
Exceptional communication skills and a relationship-driven mindset
Experience navigating regulated product development environments
