ANALYST II

Train CPMB, internal and external engaged partners on the processes and procedures related to the background check process
Develop online courses, webinars, and the CPMB website
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to adapt, evaluate, and be part of a changing organizational structure
Experience developing and delivering education or training materials and courses
Experience with leading a team in implementing new processes, procedures and/or policies
Statement of Qualifications or Supplemental Questionnaire must be submitted along with your application
Complete employment history on the application form (STD 678)
Unofficial transcripts for verification if meeting minimum qualifications with education
Preferred
Knowledge of CCLD licensing laws, regulations and procedures
Background check case management system
Licensing Information System (LIS)
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other common software programs
