Responsibilities

Provision new computers for employees
Respond to customer inquiries in a quick, courteous, and professional manner
Collaborate with employees to quickly resolve any technical issue that interrupt their workflow
Work with other IT Support team members to perform important tasks such as troubleshooting network connectivity, Audio/Visual (AV) equipment, and handling inventory
Perform other duties as requested

Information TechnologyMicrosoft Office 365ThinkPad laptopsCustomer serviceTechnical troubleshooting

Required

Currently pursuing an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Availability to start in April 2026 is required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. computer equipment

Preferred

Familiarity with ThinkPad laptops is a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
