Responsibilities

Source, recruit, and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking

Cold call and interview prospective candidates

Conduct a preliminary assessment of the candidate's skills, abilities, experience, and willingness to make a career change

Identifying the key decision makers at organizations and coordinate phone conversations and zoom conversations

Maintain accurate records of connections and scheduled appointments

Continuous database management (adding companies, updating profiles, scrubbing data, etc.)

Share, track, and monitor search and marketing email campaigns
