Senior NDT Specialist

Responsibilities

Fabrication Process experience required:
Expertise in welding fabrication and associated NDT methods
Experience in composites and associated NDT methods
Experience in DOD or aerospace fabrication facility/programs
Proven ability to interpret military or commercial fabrication and NDT specifications is required, with ability to quickly adopt new specification requirements across multiple programs
Create, review, and verify processes and procedures for NDT methodologies (UT, PT and RT) to ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements
Evaluate Quality requirements for new programs perform gap analysis based on current capabilities
Assist Quality leadership with various audits and compliance projects
Experience supporting Nadcap audits is preferred
Willingness to travel between company sites as needed to support Level II activities across multiple programs
Willingness to inspect production weldments and hardware for acceptance as required
Hands on, Production floor mindset and approach
Review supplier NDT inspection techniques

Required

Currently on track to obtain ASNT Level II Certification in UT, PT, and RT methods
Minimum 3 years industry experience
Must have the Ability to obtain a security clearance
Fabrication Process experience required
