Responsibilities

Assess current DPR, SPM, and Change Management processes and recommend improvements

Develop a roadmap for integrating new ServiceNow features into our release and change workflows

Provide guidance on structuring Digital Products and CMDB relationships (business apps vs. products/services)

Redesign the end-to-end Release-to-Change process, ensuring automation and seamless integration

Address pain points in the over-customized change module, enabling use of Change Workspace and direct management from DPR

Implement automation for creating and managing changes from releases

Define and implement risk assessment frameworks

Standardize SOP formats, documentation, and approval workflows

Develop change models and leverage change policies effectively

Optimize usage of CAB Workspace and Change Workspace

Guide adoption of new features such as:

Extensible templates

Testing requirements

Artifact management

Task dependencies and orchestration

Automated change ticket creation from tasks

Approval definitions and dashboard views

Release risk assessment and status calculations

Combined change and release calendars

Required

ServiceNow - Certified Application Developer

ServiceNow - Certified SPM Implementation Specialist

Deep knowledge of Digital Product Release (DPR), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Change Management modules

Experience with CMDB structuring and product/service taxonomy

Proven ability to design automated workflows for release and change processes

Strong understanding of ITIL principles and change governance

Ability to configure ServiceNow modules without over-customization

Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

ServiceNow Development Experience

ServiceNow Flow Designer

ServiceNow SPM Experience

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Change Management or SPM

Experience with large-scale enterprise ServiceNow deployments

Familiarity with DevOps and continuous release strategies

ServiceNow ATF - Automated Testing Framework Experience
