Responsibilities
Assemble electrical or electronic systems and their support structures
Adjust, repair, or replace component parts to ensure strict conformance to specifications
Review and analyze schematic drawings and work orders to identify material needs and assembly directions
Connect electrical wiring between components following wiring prints, specification sheets, and Bill of Material
Measure and cut wire to detailed lengths
Mark and tag components for flawless inventory tracking
Prepare finished products for shipping by packaging and performing touch-ups
Assist in loading products if required
Maintain tools in good working condition
Perform housekeeping duties to maintain an organized and safe work environment
Follow safety protocols, including attending safety meetings, using protective equipment, and adhering to quality standards
Qualification
Required
Experience using hand tools, such as screwdrivers, crimpers, and tape measures
Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems
A willingness to learn and carry out assigned tasks; no previous experience required
Regular attendance during scheduled shifts, with overtime as needed
A positive attitude and a team-player mentality!
Preferred
The capability to read and interpret schematic drawings, work orders, and wiring diagrams
