Control System Engineer
Storm Technologies is looking for a Control System Engineer to join their team, delivering advanced automation solutions for industrial refrigeration systems. The role involves designing, developing, and commissioning control systems for ammonia refrigeration applications, as well as programming PLCs and developing HMIs.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and commission control systems for ammonia refrigeration applications
Program PLCs (Rockwell Automation, Ladder Logic)
Develop HMIs (FactoryTalk SE/ME, FactoryTalk Optix, and/or Ignition)
Integrate and troubleshoot industrial control systems in compliance with IIAR standards
Travel to customer sites (~40%) for commissioning, support, and training
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience programming and commissioning Rockwell Automation PLCs and HMIs
Proficiency with Ladder Logic and experience with one or more HMI platforms: FactoryTalk View, FactoryTalk Optix, Ignition
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel as project needs dictate
Preferred
Familiarity with industrial refrigeration concepts and IIAR standards
Industrial networking knowledge (Ethernet/IP, ControlNet)
Scripting experience
