Sr. Financial Analyst, Expanded Distribution & Transformation

Responsibilities

Perform business, financial, and operations analysis to support senior management decision-making
Partner with cross-functional finance teams, communicate accurate financial projections and provide the vital level of detail to explain variance analysis
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to facilitate strategic and tactical decision making across various departments
Complete monthly reporting process and raise any known forecast risk and ops to cross functional partners
Adhere to deadlines within the internal projections cadence (end of month process, mid-month Risk/Opportunity updates)
Analyze trends and other business initiatives
Find opportunities for continuous improvement in functional work, reporting and standard operating procedures
Interface with CFO and other senior management

Required

Must be a problem solver and be able to function in a high volume, agile environment that serves many high-profile internal partners
Proven ability to think analytically and creatively while maintaining financial controls
Ability to communicate in an effective and concise manner with leaders to influence business decisions through fact-based analyses
Excellent oral and written presentation skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple, competing priorities
Highly motivated and demonstrates independent initiative in performance against objectives
Exhibits leadership proficiencies and professional maturity in dealing with peers, partners and senior leaders
Ability to distill, articulate and model complex business questions/matters
Conducts all work in a confidential, ethical, and professional manner
Ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or Accounting
