Interiors Project Manager
AEB Strategic Talent is seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Leader to oversee the successful delivery of complex interior design projects in the healthcare sector. This role involves managing project scope, schedule, budget, and team performance while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high design standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage interior design projects through all phases, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
Oversee project planning, staffing, budgeting, and coordination using established project management systems
Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication
Guide and inspire project teams through effective leadership, collaboration, and mentorship
Collaborate with leadership on project scoping, fees, contracts, and resource planning
Monitor project risks, technical considerations, and design decisions to support successful outcomes
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality across design documentation and deliverables
Stay current with design trends, materials, space planning strategies, and industry best practices
Support business development and marketing efforts through client engagement and project pursuit participation
Qualification
Required
Must be a licensed Architect
Professional Degree in Interiors
Experience in managing interior design projects
Ability to oversee project planning, staffing, budgeting, and coordination
Strong client relationship management skills
Effective leadership and mentorship capabilities
Knowledge of design trends, materials, space planning strategies, and industry best practices
