Strategic Account Manager - EMEA
SAI360 is giving companies a new perspective on risk management. They are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage and expand significant client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to align solutions with client needs and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key clients
Meet or exceed sales goals for renewals and upsells within your portfolio
Conduct regular strategic account reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for value-added services
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service
Maintain accurate account and opportunity information in Salesforce.com
Stay informed on compliance and risk management market developments and trends
Present and demonstrate the benefits of SAI360's software and services to high-level executives
Travel to meet clients onsite when required
Qualification
Required
Proven success managing and growing large, Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 complex accounts in a B2B software/services environment
Thorough understanding of GRC or compliance challenges
Track record of renewing and upselling multi-year, subscription-based SaaS Governance, Risk management and Compliance products
Strong business acumen and comfort selling to C-Level executives, general counsel, and compliance directors
Expert sales process management skills and ability to leverage customer relationships for cross-sell opportunities
Confident personality with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong independent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
Complex problem-solving ability with a solutions-oriented focus
Disciplined time and territory management skills
