Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on solar equipment
Perform pad-mounted transformer switching in accordance with all Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) procedures
Execute corrective maintenance tasks on solar generation equipment
Work scheduled shifts during the week and participate in on-call coverage as required by management
Maintain a high level of safety awareness and compliance at all times
Perform duties in an outdoor environment for extended periods under varying weather conditions
Complete and maintain EH&S documentation
Accurately complete required paperwork, including:
Work orders
Timesheets
Tool and PPE inventories
Additional documentation as required
Participate in and complete all required Pre-Job Briefs prior to work execution
Qualification
Required
Responsible for supporting the safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility-scale solar facilities
