Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to a ticketing system for technology issues, updates, and requests

Implement and monitor operational risk controls to align with firm policies and industry regulations

Collaborate with trading, compliance, legal, and middle/back-office teams to ensure smooth trade execution

Partner with technology and project teams to drive process improvements, system upgrades, and automation initiatives

Prepare for significant market events and support business continuity planning

Produce and present operational reports and performance metrics for management review

Enhance trading platforms and market room systems in collaboration with technology and project management teams

Support new product launches, business initiatives, and regulatory change implementations from an operational perspective

Manage and resolve technology issues through a ticketing system

Oversee hardware and software installation and maintenance initiatives

Maintain and administer user access accounts

Required

2 years Desired Experiences

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Strong understanding of Capital Markets operations and trading workflows

Familiarity with trading platforms, automation tools, and system enhancement projects

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
