The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance risk posture and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules:

Advanced Risk

Audit Management

Policy and Compliance Management

Vendor Risk Management (VRM)

Regulatory Change Management

Business Continuity Management (BCM)

Design IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM)

Configure notifications, SLAs, and reporting

Develop and manage script objects: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Flows

Set up and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server

Perform data imports/exports ensuring data integrity
