Responsibilities
Executive Leader and Strategic Manager of a High-Performing Team
Coaching a team toward a healthier, high-impact practice
Actively coaching direct reports on legal processes, time management, and effective delegation
Facilitating regular one-on-ones and social activities to create a strong sense of community and cohesion
Ensuring reporting attorneys consistently delegate research and administrative tasks to their own legal pod
Owning all personnel decisions (hiring, performance management, separation) for the team
Resolving high-level client escalations that require sensitive, experienced intervention
Qualification
Required
Experienced family law attorney
Leadership experience in a family law context
Ability to coach a team toward a healthier, high-impact practice
Strong professional judgment in personnel decisions
Experience in managing client escalations
Ability to work within a fully remote environment
Commitment to team stability and exceptional client outcomes
Preferred
Experience in a managerial role within a law firm
Familiarity with performance management and coaching techniques
Experience with financial performance metrics in a legal context
Understanding of team utilization and case efficiency metrics
