Responsibilities
Perform routine production processes to ensure smooth operation and achieve production targets
Regularly inspect equipment and processes to identify potential issues and assist in implementing corrective actions
Participate in company-supplied training programs to stay updated on best practices and enhance skills
Accurately document production-related data to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements
Work closely with associates to meet production goals, promoting a team-oriented work environment
Partner with production supervisors and engineering teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
Support the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and machinery
Keep the work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized for efficiency and safety
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance production processes and overall efficiency
Follow company policies and procedures, contributing to a positive and compliant work environment
Undertake other tasks as required by the Supervisor or Plant Manager to support production operations
Qualification
Required
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and production specifications
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and consistency
Good communication and teamwork skills; able to take direction and work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
High school diploma or equivalent desired
Preferred
Composite-specific experience is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role or industry preferred
