ANALYST II
The California Department of Social Services is seeking a highly motivated Analyst II to support the Immigration Services Bureau. This role involves developing and implementing policies for immigration programs, overseeing operational processes, and improving program efficiency through research and analysis.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement policies to ensure effective procedures for implement immigration programs related to legal services, education and outreach, and other special programs for immigrants
Responsible for administrative and operational functions including developing and formalizing operational processes and procedures
Leading grant/contract process and compliance oversight
Coordination with administrative partners to improve workflows
Leads research, analysis, and implementation of automated systems to improve program efficiency and efficacy

Required

Describe your experience with administrative duties such as developing and/or formalizing standard procedures, working with budgets, tracking expenditures, purchases, etc
Describe your experience providing customer service in administrative settings
