Senior Assoc-Tech Project Management - Digital Workplace

They are seeking a Senior Associate in Tech Project Management for their Digital Workplace team to oversee project delivery, manage risks, and facilitate Agile processes within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Identifies and mitigates risks and impediments to project delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams, escalating issues as necessary
Drives technical discussions related to architectural approach and system design, documenting and implementing solutions
Conducts Program Increment (PI) planning meetings with leadership, product management, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and readiness
Oversees Agile Release Train (ART) meetings to ensure the preparation, readiness, and prioritization of features for future PI planning sessions
Identifies and mitigates impediments, manages risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs to ensure smooth ART execution
Encourages Inspect & Adapt sessions and other retrospective meetings to promote continuous learning and improvement within the team
Develops and refines implementation roadmaps in collaboration with product and engineering team
Prepares and presents leadership updates on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery
Identifies and articulates opportunities for improvements to the delivery process and assists teams in redesigning process flows, ensuring documentation best practices are followed
Leads Program Increment (PI) planning meetings and other Agile ceremonies to ensure plans are feasible, capacity is managed, and risks are mitigated
Supports in creation of technical specification documents and blogs that explain product functionality and clarity on the project objectives
Ensures compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and leads change management and release management activities
Tracks relevant Objectives and Key Results/Key Performance Indicator (OKR/KPIs) to measure and report on project performance
Collaborates and co-creates effectively with teams in product and the business to align technology initiatives with business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred
Knowledge of Agile/SAFe/Lean methodologies
Knowledge of technical challenges and systems design
Knowledge of the full life cycle of product development, from concept to delivery, including Test Driven Development
Experience in program delivery or project management, preferably within a technology-focused environment
Experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
Experience in project management software tools and techniques, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
Experience in writing technical documentation
