Regional Press Brake Sales Manager

Flow International Corporation is a global leader in advanced cutting and forming solutions. The Regional Press Brake Sales Manager is responsible for driving press brake sales throughout the Upper Midwest region, working closely with the Regional Business Manager and Sales Representatives to engage customers and close orders.

Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Partner with the RBM to execute regional sales strategies for press brake products
Conduct live demonstrations of press brakes, highlighting performance and value to prospective clients
Develop new accounts and strengthen relationships with existing customers across the assigned states
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order close
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, and marketing) to support customer needs and ensure satisfaction
Maintain a clear and organized sales pipeline within the CRM system
Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
Serve as the regional subject-matter expert for press brake systems
Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams, including troubleshooting and application guidance
Support product management by sharing customer feedback and assisting with new product rollouts
Participate in regional trade shows, customer events, and open houses to promote Flow’s press brake technology

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in press brake sales or closely related capital equipment sales
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in industrial or manufacturing sectors
Strong understanding of press brake systems, tooling, and applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to convey technical concepts to customers
High level of organization and attention to detail in managing sales activities
Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a regional territory
Effective collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and remote teams

Preferred

Experience with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
