Responsibilities

On-site customer-facing position for a motivated, positive individual to work as an aviation customer service/concierge
This front desk position welcomes customers and visitors with a smile!
As a front desk professional you will provide a wide breadth of services to internal and external customers
We service public and private customers and expect our employees to deliver a high-level of customer support

Qualification

Required

Minimum 1 year working experience as a customer-facing associate
Proactive and customer-oriented attitude
Availability to work one weekend day and some holidays
Ability to work shifts typically from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am

Preferred

Aviation working knowledge or experience
