Responsibilities
Monitoring raw products for shipping or receiving
Insuring products have passed all critical control points and been released by pre-shipment reviewer
Maintaining a safe work environment
Performing monitoring checks as outlined in the establishment's HACCP plan or SSOP checks as stated by SSOP procedures
Demonstrating clear and legible handwriting ability
Communicating with management, fellow team members and USDA staff in an effective and professional manner
Working with a minimum amount of supervision after being trained
Maintaining the integrity of all HACCP documentation
Performing all other duties as assigned by the supervisor or a member of management
Qualification
Required
background checks may be required for certain roles

trustworthy and understand the requirements of maintaining the integrity of all HACCP documentation
able to perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor or a member of management
