Responsibilities

Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients through regular communication and regular connect by being onsite at least 3 days a week. Responsible for the overall P&L of the allocated portfolio of accounts

Ensure that the delivery teams are carrying out regular MBR/QBR and actions are being tracked. Understand client feedback and ensure that the feedbacks are incorporated in the engagements by delivery teams

Build strong rapport with the customer stakeholders and understand their strategies and key investment areas. Create account plans to align with the customer priorities

Ensure all SoW/PO are properly followed up for signatures. Become single point of contact for all contractual & commercial discussions with the customer stakeholders
