Responsibilities

Working closely with operations and maintenance teams leading quality improvement and training efforts

Using statistical process control tools to direct continuous improvement, process development and cost reduction activities

Participating in safety efforts

Reviewing customer specifications

Handling customer claims and feedback

Driving process improvements to satisfy customer feedback

Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times

Candidate should have valid work authorization in the U.S
