Responsibilities

Proactively prospect and nurture leads, communicating the value of our services to client needs
Qualify and nurture inbound leads
Grow and retain a book of business
Match company services to client requirements to close sales
Ensure high-quality client interactions that exceed expectations
Accurately record all client communications and sales activity in CRM systems and report to management

Required

3+ years of experience in relationship and consultative sales in industries such as BPO, Professional Services, Insurance, Financial Advising, Real Estate, or Mortgage
Proven ability to build and maintain referrals, consistently achieve high closing ratios, and generate your own leads
Experience selling via phone and video, with competency in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
3+ years of commission sales experience
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
Client Focus & Relationship Development
Communication Proficiency & Confidence
Acute Listening Skills & Conversational Agility
Perseverance and dedication to working leads through closing
Excellent Documentation & Organizational Skills
Ethical Conduct
CRM Competency (Salesforce preferred)
Technical Capacity with web/social media navigation and comfort using a range of electronic tools and applications
