Responsibilities

Design and conduct research studies and experiments
Collect, analyze, and interpret data using statistical techniques
Prepare and present research findings in written and oral formats
Collaborate with senior researchers and project teams to develop research proposals
Maintain accurate and detailed records of research activities and results
Review and synthesize relevant literature to support research projects
Assist in the preparation of grant applications and funding proposals
Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis
Develop and implement data collection methods and tools
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirement

Required

Strong oral and written communication skills

Prior experience working in an academic setting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Familiarity with data management and visualization tools
Knowledge of ethical standards in research and data integrity
Requires a minimum of a Masters or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline, or Bachelors plus at least 2 years of post-Bachelor's work experience in a role that is similar to that of a Research Assistant
