Responsibilities

Craft persuasive, conversion-focused messaging and execute social-first content
Own messaging and content creation across all customer touchpoints from social media to email flows to landing pages
Develop email/SMS campaigns that drive action
Create SEO website copy optimized for conversion and consumer-facing articles
Write advertising landing page copy optimized for conversion and long-form storytelling and campaign narratives
Produce daily social content, captions, and engage with the community
Develop lifecycle messaging that moves customers through the funnel
Create conversion copy for landing pages, ads, and short-form sales content
Develop content strategy including content calendar and campaign messaging architecture
Ensure brand voice consistency and quality across every channel

Required

7+ years of marketing experience in social media, content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role (preferably in DTC/ecommerce)
Portfolio demonstrating both exceptional writing and content creation
Proven track record of creating content that drives measurable results
Deep understanding of consumer psychology and conversion principles
Experience managing content calendars and cross-channel campaigns
Comfortable on camera and with video editing tools
Self-starter who can work independently and drive projects to completion

Preferred

Understanding of paid social and performance marketing
Background in dental industry, healthcare or related fields
