Responsibilities
Evaluate and underwrite private credit opportunities, including senior secured, uni-tranche, and structured debt transactions
Build and maintain detailed financial models, credit analyses, and downside scenarios
Support due diligence efforts, including company analysis, industry research, and management calls
Assist in preparing investment committee materials and transaction documentation
Monitor portfolio companies, track financial performance, covenant compliance, and credit risk
Qualification
Required
1-4 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, investment banking, private credit, or a related field
Strong financial modelling, accounting, and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
