Responsibilities
Lead the IBM internal Solutions Team for a full-lifecycle engagement of the implementation of Quote-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and FP&A scope for IBM's Consulting business as part of select overall business transformations
Evaluate the vendors and solutions in the marketplace, enterprise architecture design, solutioning of SAP & non-SAP products, implementation and go-live
Lead advisory for client executives and leaders on the benefits delivered by SAP as a strategic asset to their broader Finance Transformation journey
Support sales at key accounts by assisting with the scoping, solutioning, program planning and driving RFPs around SAP and Finance Transformation for TruQua
Write and shape proposals and present at Orals
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in managing complex SAP Finance Transformation projects - specifically with latest & greatest tools/technologies in SAP such as S/4HANA Finance, SAP Commercial Project Management, FP&A or Financial Performance Management
Expertise in Finance Transformation Advisory, Consulting or Program Management
Demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, team management and delivery
Excellent presentation skills. Articulate with impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong & discerning listener
Preferred
Knowledge of SAP complementary tools, namely BlackLine, Magnitude, OpenText, Workiva, Celonis, OneStream, Anaplan, Twenty-Five, Profinda, Replicon, Fieldglass, a plus
Knowledge of upcoming changes in SAP S/4HANA Finance, as well as an eagerness to learn, prototype, and grow expertise in the latest relevant financial technologies
