Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan payments and payoff statements, escrow disbursements, and account reconciliations

Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships

Ensure compliance with loan agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies

Prepare and maintain accurate loan documentation and servicing records

Monitor loan performance, identify potential risks, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate losses

Assist in the preparation of loan modifications, extensions, and workouts as needed

Prepare detailed reports on loan portfolio performance, including delinquency trends, payment histories, and other key metrics

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management

Identify opportunities to enhance loan servicing processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and client satisfaction

Update documentation on our servicing platform to ensure timely and accurate records

Monitor vendor service levels, responsiveness, and overall performance

Process subordinations, lien releases, and payments

Assist with escrow disbursements and prepare loan payoff statements for customers

Monitor insurance coverage on collateral properties

Enter and update client information in Ascents system(s) of record

Recommend and implement best practices as part of Ascents dedication to creating an industry-leading customer experience
