Responsibilities

Lead teams that execute strategic programs tackling complex, industry-specific challenges

Work directly and closely with clients to build relationships with business and technology leaders in the Lending space

Envision new products, define domain blueprints and roadmaps, and redefine experiences and processes

Monetize data, modernize payments infrastructure, and drive innovation

Develop and leverage industry experiences and relationships to bring innovative ideas and insightful perspectives to life

Become established as a thought leader in the industry

Guide Loan IQ integration projects, drive business and IT workshops, and collaborate with teams to deliver tailored solutions for client requirements

Lead functional analysis, document requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards

Lead and drive Business and IT workshops, crafting solutions in coordination with teams

Write effective Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification documentation/user stories

Assess and address customer requirements with high analytical and solution design skills

Required

Minimum of 7 years' experience in the Financial Services industry with a strong background in commercial lending, syndication, and loan trading

Hands-on expertise in guiding Loan IQ integration projects, driving business and IT workshops, and collaborating with teams to deliver tailored solutions for client requirements

Lead functional analysis, document requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards

Expertise in Commercial Lending and Syndication

Proven track record as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in LoanIQ implementations, migration and integrations

Solid understanding of LoanIQ functionalities and Loan Operations/Servicing to ensure fit-for-purpose platform usage

Ability to lead and drive Business and IT workshops, crafting solutions in coordination with teams

Proficiency in writing effective Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification documentation / user stories

High analytical and solution design skills to assess and address customer requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Must be NY/ NJ Based or willing to relocate to that area
