Responsibilities
Maintain existing personal lines policies including any changes, adjustments in coverage, mail-outs, customer correspondence, payments, and more
Answer customer questions as they come in regarding claims or policies and escalate issues when necessary (via phone, email, or in person)
Update all customer conversations and transactions in EPIC system
Review all existing policies prior to their renewal to ensure customer is receiving the best service and to verify if changes need to be made
Rewrite non renewals and cancellations, handle underwriting requests, quote new business, and apply payments
Cross sell current customers on other insurance services
Provide back-up in answering phone calls
Qualification
Required
3 years experience in this type of position recently
MUST have P&C 220 or P&C 440 license
Speaks English & Spanish
In-office position Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Tampa, FL
