Farm existing accounts while hunting for new logos
Collaborate with offshore teams
Qualification
Required
12–15 years of experience in Client Partner / Account Management / Sales roles within IT services or consulting companies
Strong background in the Insurance industry vertical
Demonstrated success in account farming and new logo acquisition
Proven experience collaborating with offshore teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Aggressive, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience working with P&C Insurance companies (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong stakeholder management in large enterprise environments
Experience selling digital, cloud, data, or application services
Ability to operate independently and drive accounts end-to-end
