5+ years expCrowdPlat is seeking a Senior Frontend & Portal Developer to design, build, and support modern, enterprise-grade self-service portals. This role focuses on React-based frontend development integrated with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, supporting high-volume customer interactions across web and digital channels.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test self-service web portals using React
Build and integrate frontend solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages) and Dynamics 365 CE
Translate Agile user stories into technical tasks and deliverables
Develop unit tests and test scripts using Azure DevOps
Configure and customize Power Pages, including Liquid Templates
Collaborate with technical leads, product owners, and functional stakeholders
Support integrations with:
Contact center platforms
Chatbots
ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Payment gateways
Ensure best-in-class performance, security, and user experience
Participate in knowledge transfer and documentation efforts
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization for portal solutions
Contribute to technical documentation, diagrams, test plans, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience building modern web applications using React
5+ years of experience with .NET-based web applications
3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Pages
Strong experience integrating frontend applications with Dynamics 365 CE
Hands-on experience with Liquid Templates
Experience with Azure DevOps (work items, testing, CI/CD collaboration)
Solid understanding of self-service portals and digital customer experiences
Ability to work independently in a structured Agile environment
Preferred
Experience integrating portals with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Experience with payment processing systems
Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices
Exposure to ServiceNow
Experience working in large enterprise or public-sector environments
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
