Marketing & Events Intern

RockED is the premier training platform for the automotive industry, supporting the entire employee lifecycle. They are seeking a creative, detail-oriented intern to join their Marketing & Events team, where the intern will assist with marketing initiatives and event operations.

Responsibilities

Assist with administrative tasks related to event planning and execution
Create and update media kits, promotional materials, and event collateral
Design basic graphics for events, social media, and marketing campaigns
Coordinate with vendors and partners regarding event needs and deliverables
Help maintain event timelines, schedules, and task lists
Support marketing team with research, content creation, and outreach
Assist with tracking event expenses and post-event reporting

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Enthusiasm for marketing, branding, and event planning

Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
