Responsibilities
Building strong customer relationships to drive sales and service
Overseeing inventory control and optimizing stock levels
Learning accounting procedures and clerical tasks to support branch operations
Ensuring safety and compliance across all branch activities
Supporting warehouse functions: receiving, stocking, shipping
Handling counter sales and customer transactions with professionalism and product knowledge
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
Willing to relocate for future branch management opportunities
Clean driving record (no major or repeated infractions)
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing warehouse duties
Comfortable with bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders, and handling bulky or overhead items
Able to sit or stand for extended periods and push/pull 20+ lbs
