Advertising Operations & Client Campaign Manager
Radio America is a national media network focusing on radio and podcast advertising. They are seeking a detail-oriented Advertising Operations & Client Campaign Manager to manage the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and strong client service.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of DR radio and podcast campaigns, including client onboarding, weekly sponsor/lower-third taglines, host-read script development, and verification of offer codes, URLs, and CTAs
Confirm accurate schedules, rotations, and campaign instructions with Traffic and Production teams
Deliver scripts and talking points to Traffic and Production, ensuring all materials meet internal and client standards and deadlines
Track start dates, copy expirations, contract end dates, and all campaign changes
Oversee audio asset flow, ensuring all live, pre-recorded, and video ads are properly reviewed and delivered
Validate offer codes, vanity URLs, and CTAs prior to campaign launches or new copy going live
Troubleshoot and resolve attribution or delivery discrepancies with clients and internal teams
Manage client service needs including air-checks, monthly copy requests, and ongoing communication with a strong focus on client retention
Provide the VP of Sales with campaign insights that support renewals and incremental revenue opportunities
Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining media kits, sales decks, one-sheets, and other collateral
Support creation of materials that communicate value propositions, show profiles, audience insights, and DR performance expectations
Ensure all sales materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with network capabilities and advertiser needs
Build and maintain a quarterly competitive prospect list across radio and podcast platforms, updating the VP of Sales and tracking it in Monday.com
Serve as the primary operational liaison between the VP of Sales, Traffic, and Production to ensure accurate, efficient, on-time campaign execution
Communicate clearly and promptly regarding campaign elements, including social and whitelisting assets, strategy shifts, issues, and optimization opportunities
Lead advertiser onboarding by outlining execution steps, expectations, processes, and messaging standards
Operate autonomously with sound judgment, consistently making informed decisions that drive campaign success
Apply reductive reasoning to digital communications to identify the most effective next steps
Develop a comprehensive understanding of internal operations, host requirements, and client goals—and use this insight to proactively move initiatives forward
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in advertising, radio/podcast ad operations, or digital performance marketing
Strong understanding of digital and audio advertising fundamentals, including social media implementation, radio/podcast optimization, offer structures, host-read strategy, and DR KPIs
Proficiency with Monday.com and Google Workspace; strong Excel/Sheets skills
Skilled in leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows, strengthen time management practices, and ensure accuracy in all written materials
Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced workloads
Strong communicator comfortable working with talent, producers, sales teams, and clients
Dedicated home office with professional video setup; willingness to use personal cell phone and reliable high-speed internet for work
