Clinical Supervisor
Crisis Connections is a community-focused organization providing accessible crisis support services. They are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to manage staff training, oversee daily operations, and ensure quality assurance in their crisis phone room.
Responsibilities
Provides training in call handling skills and relevant policies and procedures
Assists Phone Workers in adhering to staff and volunteer requirements
Engage with the scheduling team to assure 24/7 phone coverage and providing back up support as needed
Tracking and response community complaints to engage team in further development
Tracking of monthly call and web data as well as status and volunteer work performance reports
Shares in the networking with behavioral health providers statewide
Demonstrates knowledge of Washington State resources for substance abuse, problem gambling and mental health
Demonstrates knowledge of Crisis Connections resources, including competent use of CareLogic database, competent use of ECLS, and competent use of non-computerized information. Able to guild, assist and problem solve use of these programs
Demonstrates knowledge of phone room protocol and procedure
Provides adequate consultation to professionals and non-professionals
Maintains appropriate professionalism in dealing with volunteers, consumers, and professionals
Ensures follow up calls are being returned in a timely manner
Makes appropriate use of Director
Participates in PW training and other non-phone room responsibilities as assigned
Participates in program meetings and planning
Crisis Connections is a growing agency. This position would be called upon to facilitate the implication of additional contracts as they arise
Arrives at work on time and maintains regular attendance; working assigned shifts and other shifts when needed

Qualification
Required
Master's degree in psychology/counseling or social work or related field required
Mental Health Professional as defined by WAC 246-341-0200
Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills
Ability to learn and use multiple software platforms, and technology systems
Evidence of ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary clinical staff in a call center environment
Preferred
Independent or associate licensure in counseling, or social work preferred
Two years' experience working with individuals in crisis preferred
Telephone assessment or help line experience preferred
Experience providing training both in person and virtual preferred
