RV Sales

B&B RV, Inc. is a family-owned RV dealership that has been in business over 25 years, and they are seeking a highly process-focused RV Sales Consultant. The role involves managing the full sales process, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales goals through effective lead management and follow-up.

Retail

Responsibilities

Execute the full sales process from initial contact through delivery - current license a bonus but not required
Professionally handle internet, phone, and walk-in leads with timely and documented follow-up
Actively generate new sales opportunities by prospecting, networking, and outbound outreach, consistently building a personal pipeline of qualified buyers
Conduct needs-based interviews to match customers with the right RV
Present RV features and benefits in a structured, customer-focused manner
Present and sell approved back-end and add-on products (extended service contracts, protection plans, accessories, financing and upgrades)
Conduct effective walk-through presentations including use of equipment and features
Maintain accurate and complete records in the CRM (calls, emails, texts, appointments, notes)
Execute constant follow-up with all prospects and customers according to dealership timelines, while remaining actively engaged with department activity, inventory status, and deal progression
Work closely with management, F&I, and service to ensure smooth transactions and deliveries
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching

Required

Strong commitment to a low-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to generate ideas to exceed sales goals and expectations
Comfortable with CRM systems and structured lead management
Professional communication skills (phone, text, email, in-person)
Coachable mindset and willingness to be held accountable
Ability to overcome objections and ask for the sale confidently
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic - this is a commission position!
Ability and willingness to occasionally work outside of business hours for special occasions (ex. Trade shows)
Ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods of time in all types of weather including sun, rain, snow

Preferred

Current license a bonus but not required
