Responsibilities

Execute and oversee daily invoice imports, ensuring batches are uploaded correctly and monitoring successful vs. failed transactions

Review incoming invoice data for completeness and accuracy—supplier details, PO/contract alignment, tax, coding, tolerance checks—and quickly resolve discrepancies

Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot formatting errors, missing fields, duplicates, and rejected submissions

Implement and maintain alerting/monitoring mechanisms for failed files (e.g., email triggers, exception dashboards)

Build and maintain SOPs, job aids, and an operational runbook, including a repeatable process for handling outages and month‑end close cycles

Required

Hands‑on experience with Coupa Invoicing or full P2P modules—must be more than exposure

Background managing high‑volume invoice ingestion, with strong troubleshooting, reconciliation, and pattern‑recognition skills

Experience supporting integrations using one or more of the following: Coupa Core (Invoice endpoints), Supplier‑side invoice transmission methods, including cXML

Strong documentation capabilities—able to translate processes into clear SOPs, runbooks, and workflows

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in AP, Finance, and IT
