Sales Marketing Manager

They are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth, elevate brand presence, and build a high-performing sales organization within the energy efficiency and solar industry.
Responsibilities
Lead and scale sales operations, ensuring revenue goals, growth targets, and performance metrics are consistently achieved
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive demand, improve conversion, and support long-term business growth
Build, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing team of Energy Advisors and sales leaders
Establish and track KPIs, forecasts, and reporting using a data-driven approach to decision-making
Oversee marketing initiatives that support lead generation, brand awareness, and market expansion, ensuring strong ROI
Partner closely with executive leadership, operations, and technical teams to align revenue strategy with company goals
Maintain deep awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices
Set the tone for a professional, ethical, and performance-focused sales culture aligned with Greenlink values
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field—or equivalent executive-level experience with verifiable results
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in solar, energy efficiency, or related industries
Proven success in sales leadership, with experience managing teams and driving sustained revenue growth
Demonstrated ability to integrate marketing strategy with sales execution
Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and performance analytics
Strategic thinker with strong financial and operational judgment
Deep understanding of sales psychology and performance management
Exceptional leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
Track record of building strong culture while driving accountability and results
