Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and deliver profit and growth opportunities across assigned states and product lines
Serve as the go-to expert for your product portfolio, ensuring strong execution and alignment with company strategy
Build effective partnerships with Underwriting, Sales, Actuarial, IT, and other stakeholders
Leverage data, analytics, and modeling to inform recommendations and decisions
Lead and support end-to-end state rate filing activities
Create compelling presentations that influence decisions and communicate insights clearly
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and project-management skills
Deep knowledge of P&C insurance, especially personal lines products and filing processes
Familiarity with predictive modeling and actuarial concepts
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, SAS, VBA, or similar tools is a plus
Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable communication
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Business, Mathematics, or a related analytical field
3+ years of P&C experience in product management, actuarial, underwriting, sales, or similar roles; personal lines experience strongly preferred
Preferred
Experience with predictive analytics or modeling is highly valued
Advanced degree or professional designations
Regulatory experience in WA/OR/ID/MT/UT/WY/AZ
Familiarity with the independent agency channel
