Responsibilities
Build relationships with clients who •requested• information
Host consultations over Zoom or by phone to understand their goals
Offer tailored solutions in life insurance, mortgage protection, annuities & IUL
Follow up with urgency, professionalism, and care
Attend weekly Zoom trainings and plug into mentorship
Grow personally and professionally — because who you become matters as much as what you earn
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable people
Strong communicators who enjoy helping others
Individuals who aren't afraid to stretch their comfort zone
People with a growth mindset, competitive edge, or servant-leader heart
Those who want a career, not just a job
Preferred
Licensed agents (or willing to obtain license — we'll help guide you)
No experience required — many of our top agents came from teaching, nursing, service industry, retail, fitness, and corporate roles
