Responsibilities
Architecture & Scalability: Design and implement a robust full-stack infrastructure (AWS/Azure) capable of handling high-frequency EEG data
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring high code standards and alignment with the product roadmap
Regulatory Compliance: Lead the development of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) within a Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring adherence to FDA/ISO standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless integration between the wearable patch and the cloud
Qualification
Required
5+ years as a Senior Software Engineer, ideally in a startup or medical device environment
Mastery of Swift, React, and Flutter; deep experience with AWS or Azure cloud services
Proven track record leading offshore or distributed engineering teams
Preferred
Experience operating under a QMS or building regulated software (HIPAA, IEC 62304) is highly preferred
