Required

5+ years of professional IT support experience in enterprise, broadcast, or high-availability environments
Diverse hands-on experience troubleshooting and managing macOS and Windows 10/11
Expert-level knowledge of Zoom (Client, Rooms, and Admin Portal) and AV-integrated meeting spaces
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Box, and Okta
A strong troubleshooting methodology with the ability to work independently as well as in team and document incidents/procedures in accordance with IT standards
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset, suitable for interacting with executive leadership and VIPs
Proven track record of punctuality and performance in deadline-driven environments
