EHD is a regional insurance agency that has been serving clients for over 125 years. They are seeking an Operations Specialist to support multiple departments by managing administrative tasks, producing operational data, and facilitating workflow improvements.

Responsibilities
Follow-up with insurance carriers on loss setup and manage loss run requests
Track and communicate claims information
Prepare materials for client meetings
Gather, build, and distribute reports
New employee onboarding
Provide relevant data to support operations
Troubleshoot issues within the agency management system
Serve as a point of contact for end users regarding system functionality
Qualification
Required
A Four-year degree in Business Administration or a related field
Strong administrative and technical skills
Proven analytical skills and ability to identify issues
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Customer Service experience
